ABC Restoration Is seeking a skilled and dependable full time Restoration Technician with experience in water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire damage repair. Candidates must also have proficiency in carpentry and drywall work. This position requires a strong work ethic, a commitment to high standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum 3 years Experience Mandatory

We are looking for skilled technicians only.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and perform restoration services for water, fire, and mold damage
• Execute carpentry and drywall tasks including demolition, framing, repairs, and finishing
• Follow safety regulations and company procedures at all times
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Deliver high-quality service with a focus on community and client care

Restoration Technician Requirements:

• Basic Hand Tools
• Ability to get on military installations.
• Certification in water, microbial restoration a plus. (Preferred)
• Excellent working knowledge of hand and power tools.
• The ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Social awareness.
• Good math skills.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• On call Rotations (8-10 weeks)
• Weekends off

Experience:

• Restoration: 3 year (preferred)
• Drywall (mandatory)
• Carpentry/Build Back (mandatory)

License/Certification:

• Hazardous Waste Operations, Emergency Response Training, and Water Restoration (Preferred)
