\n Summary: \n

\n As a Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work in partnership with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates, deliver exceptional and consistent customer experiences, and positively impact growth across Bath & Body Works. Our store leaders are the front line of our field leadership team: they're retail and customer-savvy, dedicated brand ambassadors, and thrive on the connections we make with our customers. \n
\n
\n Responsibilities \n
\n
\n - Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
\n
\n
\n - Responsible for leadership tasks as delegated by the Store Manager including acting as Manager on Duty, when scheduled, to address customer experience, vendor relationship, or maintenance issues.
\n
\n
\n - Partner with the members of the Sales Leadership Team to support action plans that improve results and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
\n
\n
\n - Perform opening and closing routines including execution of bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpret/disseminate company directives.
\n
\n
\n - Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
\n
\n
\n - Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
\n
\n
\n - Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through demonstrating and modeling selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and elevated product knowledge.
\n
\n
\n - Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
\n
\n
\n - Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and the customer experience.
\n
\n
\n - Reinforce selling expectations, performance, results, and accountability with all associates.
\n
\n
\n - All store positions require constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting.
\n
\n
\n - Associates are expected to climb ladders, lift, reach, bend, and kneel to obtain products for customers and to maintain the visual appearance of the store.
\n
\n
\n - Associates should be able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds.
\n
\n
\n - Consistently provide the most safe, clean, and engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.
\n
\n
\n - Maintain our values, policies, and procedures.

\nQualifications \n
\n
\n - Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
\n
\n
\n - Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
\n
\n
\n - Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
\n
\n
\n - Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
\n
\n
\n - Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.
\n
\n
\n - Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
\n
\n
\n - Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
\n
\n
\n - Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.
\n
\n
\n Education: \n

\n - High school diploma, GED certificate, or Relevant Work Experience.
\n
\n
