Retirement Plan Administrator (DB/DC) | 100% Remote | Up to $95K Location: 100% Remote Salary: Up to $95,000 + Comprehensive Benefits What You\'ll Do Administer Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution retirement plans from A–Z. Perform annual compliance testing, valuations, and contribution calculations. Prepare and review Form 5500 and PBGC filings. Complete nondiscrimination testing and ensure ongoing ERISA and IRS compliance. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and retirement plan guidance. Maintain accurate plan records and stay current on industry regulations. What You\'ll Bring 3+ years of retirement plan administration experience with both DB and DC plans. Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations. Experience preparing Form 5500s, compliance testing, and annual plan administration. FTWor Datair/Calcairpreferred experience preferred.
