Operating Room Nurses responsible for planning, executing, directing and evaluating, direct and indirect nursing care given to the surgical patient. The nursing activities may include preoperative, intra-operative and postoperative evaluation. Operating Room Nurses may be employed in several roles including scrub, circulating or function in both roles.

Cancellation Policy: Eff 1/1/24: Client Affiliate has the right to cancel twenty-four hours per 13-week contract without penalty that will not be included in the guaranteed hours. Travel Clinical Staff. Cancellations by Client permitted with 2 weeks' notice prior to the anticipated start date without monetary penalty. Client Affiliate may also cancel currently contracted travel Staff for cause, without monetary penalty to HealthTrust or Client Affiliate; (ii) immediately upon notice without cause, with a fee equal to the lesser of 2 weeks of such travel Staff's guaranteed hours or the guaranteed hours remaining in the assignment payable to Subcontractor; or (iii) with 2 weeks' notice without cause, without monetary penalty to HealthTrust or Client Affiliate. Subcontractor shall pay travel Clinical Staff the wages such travel Clinical Staff would have received in the event of cancellation subject to 1.11.2(ii) above. All travel Clinical Staff shall work the length of the assigned contract, not by the number of total hours worked.
