GreenStart Roofing (previously Ed Klecka Construction) is a trusted name in sustainable, high-quality roofing solutions across Ventura, Santa Barbara, and upper LA Counties. We’re growing and looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead our roofing projects from start to finish. GreenStart Roofing is a division of GreenStart Electrify, which also does solar and whole home/business electrification.

Role Description

As a Roofing Project Manager, you’ll oversee residential and commercial roofing projects, manage crews, ensure quality control, and deliver projects on time and within budget. This is an opportunity to join a team committed to craftsmanship, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include planning and coordinating tasks, managing logistics, overseeing inspections, and supervising project execution. The Project Manager will also collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and team members while ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes. Addressing and resolving any project obstacles is also essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of roofing or construction project management experience
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and local building codes
• Ability to support, manage, and motivate crews to keep on schedule
• Experience in dealing with suppliers for purchasing and scheduling delivery of materials and equipment
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with CRM software (We currently use HouseCall Pro/Acculynx but are willing to explore others)
• Manage scheduling of multiple crews
