Preferred 10+ years relevant client experience in similar technology (does not include training period), including at least 5 years of on-site client experience in similar technology and domain.
Designs, modifies, develops, writes, and implements software programming applications/operating systems.
Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and 4-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Requires programming skills, involved in the development of software applications.
Knowledge of programming languages to develop necessary specifications for the software by following the technical designs.
In specific cases, knowledgeable on Agile/iterative development methodologies will be required (and called out).
Technical skills needed:

Personality: Investigate and understand what is going on, very communicative, excellent communication skills, outgoing.
