Custodian PositionPosition: Custodian - 8 paid hours per day with a 1/2 hour unpaid lunchLocation: Mason Early Childhood CenterShift: 1st Shift Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.Job Responsibilities:Shall be responsible for following a daily schedule of cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming and dusting in all areas assigned by the supervisor.Shall follow a daily schedule of cleaning furniture, shades, drapes, windows, restrooms, door and storage areas, etc. as assigned.Shall report in writing to administration anything he/she observes which may be in need of repair or maintenance attention.Responsible for securing the building at night.Shall perform such other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor or head custodian.Minimum Job Requirements:Must have a high school diploma or GEDMust be able to pass a BCI and FBI criminal background checkMust be able to bend, twist, stoop, squat and lift in excess of 50 lbs on a routine and ongoing basisMust have reliable transportation to travel between buildings/departmentsMust have a proven history of good attendanceSalary range is $19.31 to $28.05 depending on experienceInternal applicants should send written interest to Eric Messer, Chief Operations Officer, via email to messere@masonohioschools.com for consideration.EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
