Main Office SecretaryThe Oxford Hills School District is seeking excellent candidates for Main Office Secretary position. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, computer proficiency, human relations skills, organizational skills, and experience preferred. Reports to the Principal or designee. The job goal is to provide for the effective and efficient operation of the office to maximize the positive impact on student education. Performance responsibilities include supporting the district's mission and goals, overseeing office routines, scheduling appointments, maintaining confidentiality, welcoming visitors, updating files, enrolling new students, managing office appearance, handling budget and petty cash, dispensing medication, and performing other tasks assigned by the Principal or designee. Expectations of Oxford Hills School District staff include modeling a strong work ethic, utilizing best practices for student motivation, demonstrating knowledge in real-world learning experiences, collaborating with colleagues, parents, and the public, and employing practices that lead to improvement in student achievement.
