Job description
Responsibilities:
Safely operate a school van to transport scholars to and from school.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting scholars with boarding, and disembarking.
Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle
Maintain a clean and organized bus interior, including regular cleaning and sanitizing
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in proper working condition
Communicate effectively with passengers, colleagues, and supervisors
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Previous experience as a bus driver, shuttle driver, delivery driver, or similar role is preferred
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Ability to navigate using maps or GPS systems
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
Flexibility in working hours, including early mornings, and afternoons, as needed
