Job Summary

Wright Worldwide Inc. is currently seeking Security Professionals for a high-profile commercial property located on Lincoln Road, Miami Beach .

This assignment includes securing a multi-use property consisting of a parking garage, office building, high-end retail, and restaurant spaces . Officers will perform patrols by foot and golf cart to maintain a strong, visible security presence.

A $300 signing bonus will be awarded to applicants who successfully complete probationary requirements.

IMPORTANT:

• Available shifts: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM: Some Weekends 7AM - 3PM
• (Approximately 24-32 hours weekly)

In this role, your primary responsibility is to create and maintain a safe and secure environment for tenants, guests, and staff. You will help prevent theft, loitering, and disturbances while ensuring the property remains orderly and protected.

The ideal candidate is reliable, observant, professional, and operates with a high level of integrity at all times.

Additional Opportunities:
Qualified officers may be offered additional assignments within the company at higher pay rates.

Location: 1111 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, FL
Immediate Hiring Need: Overnight shifts
Also hiring relief officers for call-out coverage

This role requires the ability to walk/stand for extended periods , use stairs and elevators, and operate a golf cart .

YOU MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE

Responsibilities

• Patrol the premises by foot and golf cart while maintaining a high level of visibility 
• Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized individuals access the property 
• Deter and address trespassing, loitering, or suspicious activity 
• Monitor surveillance cameras and report irregularities 
• Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, or security concerns 
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and proactively identify potential risks 
• Complete daily activity reports and incident reports using guard management software 
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants, guests, and visitors 

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role preferred 
• Current Florida Class D Security License required
• High school diploma or GED 
• Valid driver’s license (required for golf cart operation) 
• Strong understanding of public safety and security procedures 
• Excellent written communication and report writing skills 
• Ability to operate surveillance and security equipment 
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability 
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail 
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 
• Must be neatly groomed and present a professional appearance 
• Reliable transportation required (must extend beyond public transportation hours) 
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time 
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
