Responsibilities:

This position focuses mainly on providing a safe environment for guests and associates, as well as: 

 

• Supervises line security officers 
• Oversee and respond to emergency situations
• Oversee proper security training
• Conduct interviews and assist with progressive discipline documentation involving line officers
• Manage a shift
• Prepare schedules
• Other related duties as deemed necessary by security management. 

 

Qualifications:

• Ability to undergo training and pass examinations as required
• Ability to demonstrate positive public relations skills
• A working knowledge of computer operation to include word and excel. Meet South Carolina Law Enforcement Division security officer requirements.
• Possess a current and valid driver's license and submit it upon request.
• Ability to complete training for the American Heart Association Infant, Child and Adult CPR certification.
• Approved black shoes, black belt, black socks, pocket notebook.
• Good verbal and written skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
• Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.
