Job Description

Senior HR Manager

Serve as a thought partner to leaders, providing guidance across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, change management, engagement, performance management, career development, employee relations, and offboarding. Own and elevate the employee experience by implementing structured onboarding and engagement strategies (e.g., stay interviews, surveys, focus groups, touchpoint check-ins) and developing data-based recommendations to strengthen culture and improve retention. Provide day-to-day performance management support to leadership, including coaching, guidance, disciplinary best practices, and strategies to enhance team morale, productivity, and long-term engagement. Facilitate compliance-based training for new and developing leaders, supporting their understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to performance, wage and hour, leaves of absence, investigations, accommodations, and employee separations. Partner with client groups to manage the LOA and IP/ADA process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance in collaboration with internal partners. Plan, coordinate, and execute culture-building initiatives that reinforce a positive, inclusive, and high-energy workplace environment. Support the annual benefits open enrollment process, serving as a point of contact for employee questions and liaising with benefits teams on complex inquiries. Provide HR policy interpretation and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational guidelines.

The Successful Applicant

10+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably supporting fashion, luxury, creative, or fast-paced consumer-focused environments. Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Business is preferred. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR credentials strongly preferred. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and partner at all levels. Advanced understanding of HR concepts, programs, and methodologies, including employee relations, performance management, change leadership, and organizational development.
