Job Description
Join our Cornerstone Church restaurant team as a Server and help create memorable dining experiences for every guest. We’re looking for friendly and service-oriented individuals to take orders, serve meals, and provide excellent hospitality in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you'll work closely with team members to ensure guests feel welcomed, attended to, and appreciated from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave. Job Summary
The Server plays a key role in creating a positive and welcoming dining experience by providing attentive, accurate, and timely service to all guests. This role is responsible for presenting menus, guiding guests through their selections, taking and delivering orders, and ensuring that tables are properly maintained throughout the meal. The Server works closely with other team members to uphold service standards, maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, and respond to guest needs with efficiency and care. Servers also handle payment transactions and assist with opening, closing, and side work duties to support the overall operation of the restaurant.

Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, employees will frequently be required to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, talk and hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to handle, feel or operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 15 pounds occasionally, and more than 40 pounds infrequently with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Wednesday – Sunday 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Schedule may vary according to business needs.
