You will serve as a Training Specialist in the Workforce Policy & Programs Division of the Bureau of Naval Personnel. Responsibilities include evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, preparing training nomination packages, developing comprehensive training courses, and providing reports and briefings concerning mandatory supervisory training and after-action reports.
Qualifications include one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as developing training plans, providing guidance on training requests, and coordinating training review boards.
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with a Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree.
