Job Description

Duties:

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs in meeting activity needs.
• Prepare training nomination packages for approval and signature that require Command endorsement.
• Develop and deliver whole comprehensive training courses for non-recurring training requirements.
• Provide reports and information briefings concerning mandatory supervisory training and After-Action Reports.

Qualifications:

I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Developing training plans; 2) Providing guidance on the preparation and submission of training requests; 3) Providing recommendations to address individual training needs and program compliance, and 4) Coordinating training review boards/panels to determine order of merit for required rating and ranking of training packages. Education:

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Master's or equivalent graduate degree. Or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related.
