Requirements

Licenses & Certifications (Required):

• Valid Florida Class D Security License
• Valid Driver's License

Other Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation
• Pass drug screening and background check
• Clean and verifiable work history
• Must maintain military-style grooming and professionalism
• Proficiency in ABDI Gate House Software (required)

Responsibilities

• Maintain access control procedures for gated communities
• Verify visitors, vendors, and residents using ABDI software
• Monitor security systems, CCTV, and community traffic
• Report and document all incidents and suspicious activity
• Enforce community rules and regulations courteously
• Provide superior customer service to residents and guests
• Conduct perimeter checks, post inspections, and routine patrols
