Job Description
Join our team as a Double Registered Ultrasound Technologist (Vascular) in Kealakekua, HI. You will perform vascular and general ultrasound examinations, prepare patients, document results, and maintain patient comfort and safety throughout procedures.
Minimum Requirements: ARDMS registries required: General Abdomen (RDMS ABD), Vascular Technology (RVT or RDMS Vascular), and OB/GYN (RDMS OB/GYN). This is a client requirement. Current BLS certification. Ability to work independently and perform exams without direct onsite supervision, as required by the client. Experience performing vascular, abdominal, small parts, and OB/GYN ultrasound examinations. Two years of relevant sonography experience preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with vascular duplex imaging, interpretation of Doppler waveforms, and vascular lab protocols preferred. Willingness to comply with facility orientation and credentialing processes. Preferred: prior hospital-based experience.
Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital. Shift Name: Flex Shifts. Shift Details: Variable schedule as required by the facility. Assignment Length: 13 week assignment. Candidates must be able to work alone and cover variable schedules.
