A Wellness Clinic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is needed in Indio, California. The primary focus of the APP is to deliver quality preventative services to all patients.

• Schedule: 4x10s
• Average patient volume: 12
• Expanding clinic
• Provide services following HCC codes

Qualifications
• Valid California NP or PA license
• Board Certified as an NP/PA by a nationally recognized board
• DEA certification
• Spanish fluency required
