We need seasonal employees to assist with our corn, wheat and soybean growing season. Employees will assist with all aspects of raising these crops. In January we spray winter wheat and begin moving grain. We plant, grow and harvest our crops. After harvest and drilling in fall, there is a period of general farm maintenance, washing, and shop work. Job duties will include: prepare fields for planting, attach farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, or harvesters to tractors, using bolts and hand tools, operate tractors, planters, seed drills, irrigation equipment, operate other farm equipment, load and unload crops or materials, manually or using conveyors, forklifts, or transfer augers, load hoppers, containers, or conveyors to feed machines with products, using forklifts, transfer augers, suction gates, shovels, or pitchforks, mix specified materials or chemicals, and dump solutions, powders, or seeds into machinery, operate equipment to harvest crops, drive pickup trucks to haul crops, supplies, and tools, inspect, adjust, and complete routine maintenance and repairs on equipment. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
