Overview
As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages promptly.

Hours for Breakfast

6:30 AM - 12:00PM Weekends Only

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
• Provide menu recommendations and upsell items to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure food safety standards are met while serving food and beverages.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables and kitchen stations.
• Assist in resolving guest concerns or complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the establishment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or as a server in a nightclub or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
• Strong guest relations skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player who can assist colleagues as needed in the kitchen or dining area.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
