Your role involves working on diverse cases throughout your geographic area of responsibility, traveling to employment locations, residences, and educational institutions. Bachelor's Degree or a High School Diploma with at least 2–3 years of relevant experience (or 1–3 years on a Federal BI contract). Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally daily. Home office equipped with high‑speed internet and fax line; laptop provided by government customer. Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to type extensive, detailed reports. Completion of National Training Standards course mandatory. Ability to conduct efficient, accurate investigations and meet quality, timeliness, and production metrics. Experience engaging with managers, contractors, U.S. Government organizations and law‑enforcement agencies to maintain cooperative relationships.
