Building Maintenance Tech

• $20 - $30/Hour DoE
• Manchester, NH
• 1 st Shift, 7am – 4pm
• Monday – Friday
• MUST have your own vehicle and tools
• MUST be mechanically inclined and driven
• MUST have light plumbing, electrical, and painting experience

Duties:

• Perform general building maintenance, including light repairs and renovations (plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical work, cleaning, etc.)
• Handle preventative maintenance for mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Conduct ground-work such as minor landscaping, snow removal, and ice-melt application
• Be comfortable performing general maintenance checks on flat roofs
• Act as the face of the company to tenants and contractors, ensuring all tenant requests are addressed promptly and safely
• Coordinate contractors, tenant, and management approvals for work orders
• Complete all documentation and logs for work performed in a timely manner
• Clean up work areas upon project completion
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and maintenance as required
• Perform all assigned work and provide feedback to improve processes

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required 
• Relevant maintenance experience
• Computer & Smartphone skills with email and work order systems (AppFolio)
• Present a positive and professional demeanor
• Reliable Transportation-Must have a valid Driver's License, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Available for emergencies on an as needed basis
• Must be able to bend, stand, walk, twist and lift up to 50lbs on own throughout the shift
