Job Description

Business Systems & Reporting Analyst

We're looking for a Business Systems & Reporting Analyst who's as comfortable helping a colleague navigate our ERP system as they are digging into data to uncover insights. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between our users, our systems, and our data - making sure our ERP works seamlessly, integrations run smoothly, and reporting is accurate and actionable.

This is an in-person position reporting to a professional office in Austin, Texas daily.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day ERP support to internal users, helping them troubleshoot issues and get the most from our system.
  • Assist with rollouts and training for new business systems, including ERP
  • Coordinate and manage technical partner integrations into our ERP platform.
  • Build, run, and refine reports using queries and our data warehouse.
  • Partner with teams across the business to understand their data needs and deliver clear, actionable insights.
  • Document processes, maintain integration records, and contribute to ERP training resources.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Experience supporting ERP systems
  • Working knowledge of data queries and reporting tools (SQL, BI platforms, or similar).
  • Understanding of system integrations (EDI, APIs, or related technologies).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for translating technical concepts into plain language.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills - you'll be working closely with users and IT teams.
Bonus points for
  • Experience in wholesale distribution or related industries.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools.
  • Prior work with Infor systems.
