THE OPPORTUNITY
The Center for Justice Innovation is seeking a Case Manager for its Brooklyn Felony Diversion programs. The Case Manager will serve individuals who are mandated to Felony Alternative to Incarceration (Felony ATI) programming through Brooklyn Supreme Court. Reporting to the Clinical Director, the Case Manager is responsible for conducting intakes and assessments, linking clients to a range of wrap-around services, providing comprehensive trauma-informed case management, facilitating psychoeducational groups, compliance monitoring and reporting. The Case Manager will also be expected, as needed, to serve clients mandated to Brooklyn Mental Health Court, another program under Brooklyn Felony Diversion, which diverts people who are living with serious mental illness from jail or prison through community-based treatment services. Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $52,000 - $65,400 and is commensurate with experience.
