  • Attend court on calendar days, as needed, to help clients navigate court and collaborate with court staff and stakeholders;
  • Deliver court update reports to the courtroom(s), gather case outcome information, collect court documents and stand on the record, as needed;
  • Participate in regular interdisciplinary case conferences with court stakeholders;
  • Assist with toxicology testing and reporting;
  • Facilitate and develop a range of on-site psychoeducational groups and conducting individualized sessions;
  • Accompany participants to community-based agencies or appointments, as needed, including escorting clients from court to their programs and intake appointments;
  • Assist with administrative responsibilities including data collection and management, and grant reporting requirements, as needed;
  • Provide services as described above to program participants on a voluntary basis post-mandate;
  • In addition to providing the above-listed services to Felony ATI participants, the case manager will also be expected to provide similar services to Brooklyn Mental Health Court participants, as needed;
