Position: Data Program Manager Junior

Job Summary
- Analyze and interpret data using statistical methods to support business objectives
- Develop and present reports with findings and actionable recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders
- Partner with leaders and specialists to identify data and reporting requirements for various projects
- Build statistical models to identify and illustrate data trends
- Test and validate data sets for accuracy and reliability
- Document the structure and types of business data used within the organization
- Work effectively both independently and as part of cross-functional teams
- Utilize quantitative data methods for analysis and problem-solving
- Design and create data visualization dashboards, presentations, and detailed reports
- Use advanced Microsoft Excel and business intelligence/analytical tools to manage and analyze data
- Apply best practices in data gathering, cleaning, transformation, and modeling
- Maintain high attention to detail in all aspects of data handling and reporting
- Communicate findings clearly and professionally to both technical and non-technical audiences
