Responsibilities Include: SharePoint Administration: Manage the SharePoint environment, including installation, configuration, security, and maintenance. Create and manage site collections, subsites, content types, workflows, and permissions. Develop and implement strategies for data migration, backup, and recovery. Monitor resource utilization and performance and ensure optimal system functionality. Data Management: Design and implement data governance policies and procedures. Develop strategies for data organization, storage, and access control. Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations. Create reports and dashboards to visualize and analyze data for informed decision-making. Possess in-depth knowledge and experience with Microsoft OneDrive, Teams, Power Apps, Power BI, Flow, and other relevant O365 collaborative tools. Design and develop custom solutions using Power Apps and Flow to automate processes and improve user experience. Create interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide valuable insights into data. Provide guidance and support to end-users on utilizing the entire O365 ecosystem effectively. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs and requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy O365 solutions. Provide clear and concise training and documentation for end-users. *Will perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must be a US citizen Must have a Top-Secret Clearance BA/BS Degree 3 - 7 years of experience working within a DoD setting Preferred Qualifications 7+ years of experience administering SharePoint and managing data within a complex environment. Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Apps, Power BI, and Flow. Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Power Apps and Flow. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience working within the Department of Defense, or a similar government agency is highly preferred All positions at Applied Research Solutions are subject to background investigations. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation including criminal history and identity check. The annual salary range: $90k - $100k. Salary is dependent upon the role and associated responsibilities, candidate's experience, and qualifications to include education/training, and key skills.
