This role supports the integrity and effectiveness of data management and aids in strategic decision-making and fundraising efforts. Qualifications and Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred. Proficient in donor databases (experience with Bloomerang a plus). At least 2 years of experience in Jewish camping, equivalent work experience, or similar non‑profit work preferred. Proven written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills. Must be able to independently carry out assigned tasks, demonstrating good time management and personal motivation. Must be able to prioritize workload and respond appropriately to change. Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing using the English language. Interacts in a respectful, friendly, and supportive manner with donors, staff, board members and other stakeholders. Ability to be flexible and manage change.
