Full-Time Server – Friendly Confines Lake Mary

Friendly Confines Sports Tavern & Grill is seeking experienced, energetic, and dependable Full-Time Servers to join our team at our Lake Mary location.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy providing exceptional guest service, and want the opportunity to earn great money, we’d love to meet you.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous serving experience preferred but not necessary.
• Full-time availability (30–40 hours per week), preferably someone who is not busy with school or child care related inflexibility.  
• Weekend availability required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to stay focused and off your phone during scheduled shifts.
• Honest, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Previous experience serving large parties, including families and youth/adult sports teams of up to 50 guests, is a huge plus.

Responsibilities :

• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Successfully manage multiple tables and large group dining experiences.
• Work efficiently with kitchen and bar staff to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
  

Compensation:
Quality servers are currently averaging $175–$400 per 8-hour shift through wages and tips. Weekly pay, tips and hourly.
