Duties & Responsibilities: Support investors services/fund administration team members in the collection, organization and archiving of data, and information used in the FIS/Investran investor database and DDX investor portal. Assist with outreach to limited partners on their accounts and access to the investor online portal. Complete DDX investor portal clean‑up project. Perform general clean‑up of existing CRM depository and data scrubbing. Attend internal firmwide meetings and team meetings. Requirements and Qualifications: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field, with a strong academic record and targeted graduation date in Summer 2027. Passion for problem solving and willingness to dissect complex problems. Strong attention to detail. Intellectual curiosity, with an enthusiasm to learn about the private equity and alternative asset industries. Strong communication skills, with an ability to work well on teams. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage deadlines effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
