What We’re Looking For:
Talented, dependable individuals who are passionate about water safety and instruction. Whether you're experienced or newly certified, if you’re driven, professional, and enthusiastic, we want to hear from you.

Preferred Minimum Requirements:

  • Swim experience capable of fulfilling the American Red Cross Prerequisites , which consist of a 150-yard swim, a 2:00-minute tread, a 50-yard swim, and a timed brick retrieval assessment
  • Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays throughout the summer season and through September
  • A minimum of 15 hours per week
  • Lifeguard certification required (we can guide you to training opportunities if needed)

Requirements

  • Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.
  • The role requires the execution of the three steps of service for our members and their guests: warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge of the applicable pool guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure the safety of our members and their guests.
  • An enthusiastic individual who can adapt to changing circumstances in a timely and efficient manner, where hospitality is of utmost importance, is essential.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is required.
  • Strong listening skills coupled with sound judgment abilities are necessary.
  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all business contacts are essential.
  • Candidates must maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance in accordance with company standards.
