The ideal candidate(s) will support student-athletes through skill development, sportsmanship, teamwork, and academic accountability while promoting the values of cooperating schools and the Michigan High School Athletic Association (MHSAA). Responsibilities Organizing and leading practices and contests Teaching fundamentals and character development Supporting player growth within the CLE Knights program Maintaining compliance with MHSAA rules, district policies, and student eligibility standards; promoting positive communication with athletes, families, and staff Qualifications Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, integrity, and a commitment to educational athletics. Prior coaching or playing experience is preferred. CPR/First Aid certification and completion of required MHSAA coaching requirements will be expected.
