POSITION: Program Analyst

LOCATION: Stafford, VA

STATUS: Full time Contingent Hire

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
• Experience: 5+ years of program analysis or acquisition support experience
• Must haves: Experience supporting overarching program analysis activities, including IPT coordination, tasker management, and executive-level reporting background
• Citizenship and Clearance: U.S. Citizen with Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one
• Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% to support client meetings and requirements
• Skills: Proficiency with SharePoint, TEAMS, and DoN tasking tools. Above average proficiency in other Microsoft Office products; strong verbal and written communication skills; strong documentation and technical reporting skills, strong problem-solving skills; ability to work independently or with a team

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Client Familiarity: Experience supporting U.S. Marine Corps
• Tools Familiarity: DoD Acquisition Process, Requirements Process, DoN tasking tools

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Provide support to schedule, facilitate, and document IPTs, working groups, and decision briefings
• Develop monthly status reports and tasker responses using DoN Tracker and other Government systems
• Draft correspondence in accordance with SECNAV and GPO standards
• Maintain program data in MCSC TOPIC and approved repositories
