Duties Review, draft, and analyze credit support, tax, construction, and management agreements. Draft and negotiate financing and offering documents, certificates, and opinions. Review and analyze complex federal tax issues. Collaborate with public and private clients across various industries. Requirements 2-4 years of experience in debt finance, public finance, or project finance at a top 100 law firm. Experience with real estate, secured lending, and tax‑exempt finance transactions. Strong interpersonal skills for client and team interactions. Strong academic record with excellent writing and oral communication skills. North Carolina Bar membership required. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in North Carolina. Skills Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Ability to manage complex transactions.
