Salary: $166,400 - 208,000 per year Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Magento 2 development, ideally in high-traffic eCommerce settings
• Proven track record in ensuring the availability and uptime of enterprise storefront applications
• Strong expertise in PHP and Magento architecture
• Over 3 years of experience with AWS, especially with services like S3, IAM, EC2, and CodePipeline
• More than 5 years of Linux experience, with strong scripting skills
• At least 2 years of experience in system administration for web applications using Linux, Apache or NGINX, MySQL, and PHP
• Proficient in using Git for version control and collaborative development
• Experience with integrating Magento with third-party APIs and services
• Knowledge of infrastructure and application security best practices
• Familiarity with distributed systems and scalable architecture
• Preferred: Experience with high-volume Magento eCommerce platforms
• Preferred: Background in performance tuning, caching, and scaling Magento applications
• Preferred: Familiarity with Elasticsearch, Redis, or Varnish
• Preferred: Experience in CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Preferred: Experience in Agile engineering settings
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to quickly identify complex issues
• Results-oriented and committed to contributing to the overall success of the organization
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including documentation and chat platforms

• Team-oriented and able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams

• Create and manage custom Magento 2 modules, extensions, and storefront features
• Address daily production challenges faced by merchandising and content teams
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to indexing, cart pricing rules, EDI imports, and platform performance
• Perform manual maintenance across testing, staging, and production environments
• Assist in importing clean production database backups into staging
• Monitor platform stability and performance using APM tools like Datadog, New Relic, or Blackfire
• Participate in quality assurance and user acceptance testing (UAT) for production rollouts
• Facilitate application deployments and infrastructure upgrades
• Respond to and troubleshoot urgent production incidents
• Document systems, workflows, and operational procedures
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance platform reliability and performance
• Ensure consistent functionality and uptime of the production storefront
• Be available for occasional after-hours support to ensure system reliability
