Bon Délire is seeking passionate, hospitality-driven Servers to join our growing team in San Francisco's Embarcadero district.

Bon Délire is a modern French-inspired restaurant and wine bar focused on exceptional hospitality, seasonal cuisine, and creating memorable guest experiences. We are looking for professionals who are passionate about food, wine, and service and who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

• Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service to every guest
• Guide guests through food, wine, cocktail, and beverage selections
• Maintain detailed knowledge of menus, daily specials, and wine offerings
• Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams
• Ensure tables are maintained and dining areas remain clean and organized
• Process orders and payments accurately through our POS system
• Help create an energetic and welcoming atmosphere that reflects the Bon Délire brand

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 year of serving experience in a full-service restaurant
• Fine dining or upscale casual experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for hospitality, food, wine, and guest engagement
• Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy service periods
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Wine knowledge is a plus; willingness to learn is essential
