Overview Registered Nurse, Emergency Room (ER) travel assignment in a Critical Access Hospital setting in Rushville, Illinois. This 13-week assignment begins on 06/08/2026. Triage patients upon arrival and prioritize care based on acuity; initiate appropriate interventions per ER protocols. Administer medications and treatments, monitor responses, and collaborate with the physician and interdisciplinary team for timely patient care. Maintain accurate and complete electronic medical records, and communicate changes in patient status to the care team. Support discharge planning, patient and family education, and referrals as indicated; ensure patient safety and comfort during the shift. Requirements Current Illinois registered nurse license (active) required. BLS required; ACLS and PALS required; TNCC preferred. Graduate of an accredited nursing program; no experience necessary. Ability to work in an ER setting within a Critical Access Hospital and participate in rotating night shift duties.
