Reports to: Outbound Supervisor / Warehouse Manager

This role is for someone who enjoys a busy floor, takes pride in clean execution, and understands that a label, a scan, a staged package, or a carrier handoff can make the difference between a smooth client experience and a problem someone else has to fix.

Position Overview

The Shipper is responsible for preparing, labeling, manifesting, staging, and shipping outbound orders from Supership USA’s California facility. You will work closely with the Outbound Supervisor and fulfillment team to support daily shipping workflows, carrier pickups, and order accuracy.

What You’ll Help Build

- A shipping area that is clean, calm, organized, and deadline-focused.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare outbound shipments for carrier pickup.

- Print, apply, verify, and organize shipping labels and packing documentation.

- Stage completed orders by carrier, service level, route, or pickup requirement.

- Review orders for accuracy, labeling, packaging, and client-specific requirements.

- Help complete manifesting, closeouts, shipment handoffs, and carrier coordination.

- Identify and escalate shipping issues, address validation errors, missing labels, damaged packages, or carrier concerns.

- Support packing, order fulfillment, kitting, rework, and special projects when needed.

- Maintain clean, safe, and organized shipping and staging areas.

- Use warehouse systems, shipping software, carrier portals, scanners, and spreadsheets as required.

- Follow company SOPs, client-specific requirements, retail compliance procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Previous shipping, warehouse, ecommerce fulfillment, logistics, or 3PL experience preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with labels, carrier systems, and shipping deadlines.

- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced outbound environment.

- Comfortable using shipping software, scanners, carrier portals, and basic computer tools.

- Forklift or pallet jack experience is an asset.

- Ability to lift, move, stand, walk, bend, communicate and otherwise work in a warehouse environment as required.
