Job Title: NetSuite Administrator

The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced NetSuite Administrator to join our team. This critical role will be responsible for the daily administration, optimization, and ongoing development of our NetSuite ERP system. A key focus of this position will be on managing NetSuite integrations with other business-critical applications and leading NetSuite-related projects from conception to completion. Key Responsibilities:

  • NetSuite Administration & Optimization: Perform day-to-day administration of the NetSuite platform, including user setup, roles and permissions, custom records, fields, forms, saved searches, reports, and dashboards. Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize NetSuite functionality and user experience. Maintain NetSuite data integrity, perform regular audits, and implement data governance best practices. Manage NetSuite upgrades and new feature releases, ensuring smooth transitions and effective adoption. Provide end-user support and training, creating documentation and delivering workshops as needed.
  • Integration Management: Design, implement, and maintain integrations between NetSuite and various third-party systems (e.g., CRM, e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, HRIS, data warehousing). Work closely with technical teams and external vendors to troubleshoot integration issues, resolve data discrepancies, and ensure seamless data flow. Evaluate and recommend integration tools and strategies to meet evolving business needs. Document integration architecture, processes, and data mappings.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage NetSuite-related projects, including new module implementations, system enhancements, and process improvements. Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and identify lessons learned.
  • Business Analysis & Process Improvement: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and translate them into NetSuite solutions. Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation within NetSuite. Propose and implement solutions that align with business objectives and best practices.

Requirements Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator.
  • Demonstrable experience with NetSuite integrations is essential, including familiarity with common integration methods (e.g., SuiteTalk, RESTlets, SOAP web services) and integration platforms (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, Workato).
  • Proven project management experience, including the ability to lead and deliver complex NetSuite projects. (Project Management certification a plus, e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Strong understanding of core NetSuite modules (specifically., Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay).
  • Proficiency in creating custom workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards in NetSuite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification (or equivalent) Experience with SuiteScript is a significant advantage.

Benefits:

Location: Fully Remote UK

Working Hours: 9am - 5pm

Salary Range: R30 000 - R60 000 (Depending on experience & seniority)
