This role involves addressing the physical, functional, and psychological needs of patients with serious illnesses, utilizing a person-family centered approach to alleviate the symptoms and burdens associated with their conditions.

Position Overview:

  • 0.7 FTE position employed by the hospital. Team composition includes 1 Physician, 1 PRN APP, 1 RN, 1 OA, and 1 Manager.

  • Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Qualifications and Experience

Board Certification: Required in Palliative Care.

Experience: Open to newly trained fellows as well as practicing physicians.

Preferred Experience: Training in Palliative Care.

Licensure: Must possess an Indiana Medical License.

Certifications: BLS and ACLS certifications must be maintained.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
