Job Description

Overview:

ROLE: Product Owner
Key Requirements:

5+ years of experience working in a large, matrixed organization with strong exposure to IT landscapes and end-to-end product delivery
Proven experience in Agile environments, working closely with Scrum teams, stakeholders, and business partners
Agile certifications such as SAFe POPM, CSPO, or equivalent

Core Responsibilities:

Act as the voice of the customer by defining product vision, goals, and priorities
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business value and strategic objectives
Translate business requirements into clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine scope, manage expectations, and ensure successful delivery
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Work closely with Scrum Masters and development teams to drive execution and continuous improvement
Support roadmap planning, release planning, and incremental product delivery
Utilize Agile metrics and customer feedback to guide product direction

Solution Architecture Focus:

Partner with business leaders to define technology roadmaps and long-term architectural vision
Design and lead scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions
Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring clear communication
Provide technical leadership, conduct design reviews, and mentor teams
Identify and mitigate risks while driving innovation using emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Digital)
