Overview

We're looking for a hardworking Bridge Laborer to join our bridge and structures crews on heavy civil construction projects. This role supports bridge construction, repair, and rehabilitation work and is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working outdoors, and being part of a team that builds critical infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Assist bridge crews with day-to-day construction activities, including demolition, formwork, concrete placement, and general labor tasks
• Perform material handling, site cleanup, and tool/equipment setup to keep work areas safe and efficient
• Support concrete pours, finishing operations, and bridge deck or structural repair work
• Follow all safety policies and job site procedures
• Work closely with foremen, operators, and other crew members to meet daily production goals
• Perform other duties as assigned related to bridge construction and maintenance

What We're Looking For

• Previous construction or labor experience preferred (bridge, concrete, or heavy civil experience is a plus, but not required)
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Commitment to job site safety

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to meet the demands of a physical, active work environment with or without reasonable accommodation
• OSHA 10 preferred (or willingness to obtain after hire)

Work Environment

This position involves outdoor construction work on active bridge and roadway job sites. Safety is a top priority, and proper training and equipment are provided.
